What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective May 29, 2023 unless the Tenant pays $19,215.20 to void the order and continue the tenancy. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount, the Tenant must vacate the unit by May 29, 2023 and pay the Landlord $11,845.74, which includes rent arrears up to the hearing date and the cost of filing the application, minus the rent deposit and interest on the deposit.
