What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants and for an order for the Tenants to pay compensation for damage they owed because the Tenants failed to meet a condition specified in the order issued by the Board on June 28, 2021 with respect to application TNL-26934-20.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated and the Tenants must move out by July 30, 2021. The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $3,653.78, which represents the unpaid compensation for damage and application fee from the previous order, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. The Tenants shall also pay the Landlord $65.22 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting July 20, 2021 until the date they move out.
