What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent as per a previous order. The Tenant failed to pay the required rent arrears and current rent by the specified deadlines.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 5, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $4,107.18 plus $35.28 per day starting January 26, 2021 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 5, 2021, the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
